Terms of Service

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These terms are deliberately short. Long terms go unread, and terms nobody reads are not really terms — they only get quoted after something goes wrong, and at that point "you agreed to this" convinces neither side. Every section below says what we promise and what you need to do.

What these terms cover

Two things: the 37 online tools, and the cloud drive. The tools work without an account; the drive needs one. Using either means you accept these terms.

Your content stays yours

Files you upload remain yours — ownership and copyright both. Putting a file in the drive does not give us any rights to it: we do not train models on it, do not display it, and do not sublicense it to anyone.

We do exactly one thing with your files: store, show and transmit them as you ask. When you create a share link, we serve the file to visitors according to that link's settings; delete the link and that stops immediately.

The free tier

Free means free, not a time-limited trial. Specifically:

  • All 37 online tools are free, with no sign-up, no usage cap and no watermark.
  • The cloud drive comes with 15 GB of storage on sign-up.
  • If the free tier ever changes, we will announce it in advance on the site, and files you have already stored will not be deleted because of it.

What you may not do

These are not boilerplate — they are the things we actually act on:

  • Do not upload or share illegal content, including files that infringe someone else's copyright.
  • Do not use the drive to distribute malware, or to host phishing or scam pages.
  • Do not use automation to get around quotas, mass-register accounts, or send requests that degrade the service for other people.
  • Do not use the drive as a public content delivery network — share links are for people you know, not for hotlinking from a website.

Accounts and termination

Three situations, and the rule for each: closing your account, breaking the rules above, and long inactivity.

  • You can close your account at any time. Closing it deletes every file you own. That step cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep first.
  • If you break the rules above, we may restrict or close the account. Unless illegal content or active harm is involved, we will notify you first and give you a chance to put it right.
  • If an account goes inactive for a long time, we will not quietly delete your files — we will first reach out using the contact details you signed up with.

The service is provided as is

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will never break or never go down. A cloud drive is not a backup strategy: keep a second copy of anything important. That is not a disclaimer — it is what any storage provider ought to tell you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using, or being unable to use, this service. That is a standard clause, and it does not release us from the specific commitments made in the sections above.

Changes and contact

When these terms change in substance, the date at the top changes with them; for changes that affect your rights, we will also flag it inside the app. If you have questions, reach us through in-app feedback or by email.
